Give to L.A. Campaign Opportunity Drawing Rules
1.) Open to City of Los Angeles employees only. 2.) If you are a City of Los Angeles employee and have not received a numbered "Thank You Postcard" and wish to be entered into the weekly drawings, please send an email to: cbaca@healthcharitiescal.org requesting a numbered Thank You Postcard. You will receive by return email an electronic copy of a numbered Thank You Postcard and will be entered into all subsequent drawings. 3.) One winning Thank You Postcard per City of Los Angeles employee. 4.) Winning numbers will be drawn weekly and posted by noon every Monday. 5.) All prizes must be claimed within two weeks of drawing. 6.) Contest ends October 29, 2010. |
